Dehradun: Along with the launch of Uttarakhand Char Dham Yatra 2023, pilgrims from many states of the country are reaching Uttarakhand to visit Kedarnath, Gangotri-Yamunotri Char Dham. After Kedarnath Dham, film actor Akshay Kumar visited Badrinath Dham on Sunday. After having darshan, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar also offered prayers at the Dham.
According to the pre-fixed program on Sunday morning, reached Badrinath Dham for darshan. Reached Badrinath temple from helipad and had darshan of Lord Badrivishal and offered Vedpath-worship. Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee Vice President Kishore Panwar welcomed Akshay Kumar on the helipad at Shri Badrinath Temple premises. Presented Tulsi garland, Prasad of Lord Badrivishal in the temple.
On the same occasion, traveling magistrate Yukta Mishra, officer-in-charge Anil Dhyani, Dharmadhikari Radhakrishna Thapliyal, temple officer Rajendra Chauhan, station in-charge KC Bhatt etc were present. Earlier, film actor Akshay Kumar had reached Kedarnath Dham Darshan on 23 May. Dr. Harish Gaur, media in-charge of Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee told that film actor Akshay Kumar also greeted the pilgrims at Singh Dwar after visiting the temple. Appreciated the travel arrangements as well and said that he was overwhelmed after coming to Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. It is notable that Akshay reached Badrinath Dham directly after visiting Shri Jageshwar Shiv Temple in Almora. Before this he has also visited Kedarnath Dham.
